CAUTION!!

We put up this page to warn anyone that is an Air.ai existing licensee, end user or a potential new licensee, that IN OUR OPINION, based on our personal experiences as a $100K Air.ai licensee, that they are a fraud. Please take our advice very seriously and we very strongly suggest that before paying them ANYTHING, hire an attorney to vet them VERY carefully!

The below is a summary of what we experienced with them:

Over 4 months ago, we very foolishly paid Air.ai $100K to become a licensee, based on a multitude of promises and guarantees that the Air.ai sales rep made to us. Some of the promises included that there were 20,000 companies using their software, that they were spending $3mm a month on their tech and most importantly, that they promised to return our $100K if we tried the software and weren’t happy with it. All of those promises turned out to be complete lies.
We were also very impressed with the sample call recordings that they have on their site and in their ads, all of which turned out to be either completely fake or nowhere close to reality in our opinion.

Despite our obvious concerns, we proceeded to try the software and were successful in signing up three companies.
We first tried to create agents ourselves which Air promised would be very easy. To say it was impossible is an understatement. We then hired and paid three different Air “consultants” to see if they could get it to work. One of them was actually an Air.ai internal engineer. After months of trying, all three finally agreed that the software really doesn’t work anywhere close to how it was presented, and that at best, it could be used as a basic "robo-dialer".
Based on the requirements to get a refund, we went ahead and tried our best to run campaigns for our three clients. The campaigns, even though very simple, were a complete failure. The software performed laughably poor with massive latency, completely incorrect responses and disconnections. It was so embarrassingly bad that we couldn’t even present the calls to the clients and all three eventually demanded full refunds, which we had to give them.

We then proceeded to inform Air that we were beyond upset, and demanded that our $100K be refunded as per the contract. Caleb Maddix and the other Air owners all agreed in writing that we did live up to the refund requirements in the contract and that they would be refunding us our $100K on March 30th or sooner. When we reached out last week for an update on the refund, we were told that they would be unable to make it but “not to worry”, they were raising capital and as soon as they got the investment, they would make the refund. We told them that was completely unacceptable and offered to allow them to refund it to us in increments of $25K a month, which they verbally agreed to and said they would get back to us within 24 hours. Not surprisingly, they never got back to us and despite our pleas for help, they have now gone completely dark.
We feel that we have been completely defrauded of our $100K and left with no other choice, we decided to at least make sure others don’t fall into the same trap, which is why we put this page up.
We are also in direct communication with both the FTC and DOJ about this fraud.

Please note that the above information is based on our opinions and experiences only and that others may have had different experiences with Air.ai. We simply want to warn others and encourage them to do their own due diligence, before falling victim to what WE believe is a fraudulent scheme.
